Guide Dogs Association of South Australia & Northern Territory Inc. (SA)

Guide Dogs were established in 1957 by the Adelaide and Unley Apex Clubs. The Adelaide community provided much of the necessary funding following a public appeal, thereby laying a strong foundation for the organisation that we are today. Over the years, our services have expanded to the provision of services across the sensory sector.
Guide Dogs SA, together with SensAbility, a combination of Sensory Options Co-Ordination, Hearing Solutions and SAIL (Successful Adults in Life), delivers a wide range of free professional support services for people who are blind or vision impaired, deaf or hearing impaired and deaf/blind. Guide Dogs SA & NT offers Mobility and Guide Dog Services in SA and NT, with additional services in SA for the deaf and hearing impaired and deaf/blind.
We are a forward-thinking organisation with a focus on outcomes for people with a sensory loss.
